Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age or older per applicable law
- availability to work early morning shifts starting at 2 am
- ability to perform physical tasks required for food preparation and store opening
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to providing outstanding guest service
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or retail a plus but not required
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 2 am
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- prepare food products according to Dunkin' standards
- ensure the store is ready to open each day
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- monitor inventory levels and communicate needs
- provide excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment
- follow health and safety guidelines
- assist with store opening and setup procedures
