Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment or culinary program preferred
Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties

Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of bundt cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes' recipes and standards
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries
Create a welcoming and friendly environment for guests
Communicate with management to ensure adequate inventory of baking supplies
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all orders are completed in a timely manner
