- 1-2 years of professional baking or pastry experience
- knowledge of classic French baking techniques
- ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards
- execute classic French techniques with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery workspace
- monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and inventory levels
- assist with recipe development, seasonal offerings, and menu updates
- ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all baked goods and ingredients
- collaborate with the culinary team to support service needs and production timelines
- uphold all safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards
