Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of professional baking or pastry experience
  • knowledge of classic French baking techniques
  • ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards
  • execute classic French techniques with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery workspace
  • monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and inventory levels
  • assist with recipe development, seasonal offerings, and menu updates
  • ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all baked goods and ingredients
  • collaborate with the culinary team to support service needs and production timelines
  • uphold all safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards
