An establishment in need of a skilled Baker/Lead Baker for its kitchen and pastry department, looking for someone experienced in preparing quality baked goods for restaurants and events, and who can maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years previous experience as a Baker/Lead Baker
  • minimum one-year high volume cooking experience, preferably in a hotel
  • familiarity with SNHD guidelines and sanitation procedures
  • current Health card and knowledge of Health District regulations
  • attention to detail
  • good memory and ability to recall recipes
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment associated with a Pastry kitchen and knife skills
