Job Description

An establishment in need of a skilled Baker/Lead Baker for its kitchen and pastry department, looking for someone experienced in preparing quality baked goods for restaurants and events, and who can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years previous experience as a Baker/Lead Baker
- minimum one-year high volume cooking experience, preferably in a hotel
- familiarity with SNHD guidelines and sanitation procedures
- current Health card and knowledge of Health District regulations
- attention to detail
- good memory and ability to recall recipes
- knowledge of kitchen equipment associated with a Pastry kitchen and knife skills
