We are currently seeking dedicated Bakers to join our dynamic team. Bakers play a critical role in upholding the brand's quality and reputation. They arrive early—sometimes as early as 3 AM—to prepare the fresh bagels and pastries that our customers love. Bakers are key to ensuring that the bakery is stocked and ready each shift, which includes keeping the bagel wall and pastry cases filled with fresh products. Beyond baking duties, Bakers also assist the team by providing excellent customer service, helping with order taking and sandwich making as needed.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere and have a passion for delivering top-quality food and excellent guest experiences. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3 AM depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in baking or food preparation is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries to maintain quality and freshness
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- Assist in order taking and sandwich making
- Provide excellent customer service as part of the team
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
