Beyond operational responsibilities, the Director of Operations exemplifies Wingstop’s brand values through servant leadership, transparency, and a people-first approach, setting a positive example for the entire operational team. The company values diversity and inclusion and commits to an equitable workplace free from discrimination and harassment, actively promoting opportunities for growth to people from all backgrounds.
