Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery or pastry experience in a hotel or high-volume setting
- ability to stand for long periods and work early morning shifts
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes
- assist in production of banquet and restaurant desserts
- properly measure, mix, proof, bake, and finish products in a high-volume production setting
- maintain adequate supply of all prepared products and ensure proper storage and refrigeration
- ensure spoilage and waste are minimized by ordering proper quantities and rotating products
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- support restaurant, banquet, and resort dining operations with baked goods
