Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients, and work in a hot kitchen
- Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Experience with baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough rollers is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Mix, measure, and prepare dough, as well as shape and bake the final products
- Follow established recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in products
- Ensure that baked goods are visually appealing and meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor and adjust oven temperatures and baking times as needed
