The schedule involves full-time hours with variable shifts, including weekend availability. Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by following approved recipes and using correct equipment
- assist with completion of production records including waste tracking and inventory monitoring
- maintain proper food presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of work areas and equipment
- handle food safely according to regulations during preparation and service
- clean equipment and workstations thoroughly
- interact with customers and address complaints professionally
- keep up with peak production and service calmly and efficiently
- ensure food display and serving meet established standards
- follow all sanitation and safety guidelines including OSHA regulations
- complete shift assignments thoroughly and timely
- perform other assigned duties as needed
