Job Duties

  • Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
  • assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
  • ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
  • assist with the completion of production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions, and product shortages
  • maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils within work area
  • handle food items in compliance with safety regulations during preparation and service
  • interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly and customer-service oriented manner
  • clean equipment and workstation before leaving
  • ensure food presentation, quality, portion control, and proper serving temperatures
  • follow corporate and OSHA safety standards
  • complete shift work timely and thoroughly
  • perform other duties as assigned
