Job Requirements
- Professional bakery or pastry experience required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Ability to work independently and stay organized under pressure
- Early morning and/or overnight availability preferred
- Experience with production baking preferred
- Strong sense of urgency and time management
- Experience with high-volume kitchen operations is a major plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake scones, cupcakes, cookies, and specialty desserts
- Execute recipes consistently with attention to presentation and quality
- Manage prep, proofing, baking, cooling, and storage timelines
- Assist with production planning for restaurant service and private events
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with Chef Tina and kitchen team
- Help with inventory organization and prep lists
- Support seasonal menu development and specialty baked items
