The Baker role at Bon Appetit involves the preparation of a wide range of baked goods such as breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to standardized recipes and production specifications. This position requires previous professional baking experience to ensure proficiency in both production and quality control aspects of baking. Bakers are responsible for assisting with production planning to meet daily requirements and maintaining accurate records of inventory usage and product waste. Job Duties
