- Previous professional baking experience required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Open availability including varying hours and days
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to baking

Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
- Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- Utilize approved recipes and production standards to prepare food
- Maintain accurate production records including waste tracking and product shortages
- Ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and work area
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
