Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous professional baking experience required
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Open availability including varying hours and days
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to baking
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to comply with company policies

  • Ability to follow recipes and production specifications
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets
  • Assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to prepare food
  • Maintain accurate production records including waste tracking and product shortages
  • Ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures
  • Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and work area
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
