Job Requirements
- Prior baking experience required
- ability to work full-time schedule, days may vary from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to interact professionally with customers
- eligibility to work in the United States

- Prior baking experience
- knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- ability to follow recipes and production guidelines accurately

- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the workplace

- ability to work under pressure during peak hours
Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per provided production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- assist with completion of production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions and product shortages
- maintain proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- handle food items safely and comply with safety regulations during preparation and service
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area
- keep display equipment clean and free of debris
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner
- relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors
- keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately and efficiently
- check that all food is presented, served and displayed per standards
- follow principles of sanitation and safety, ensuring corporate and OSHA standards are met
- complete shift work timely and thoroughly according to department standards
- perform other duties as assigned
