- Expertise in the baking business
- Ability to fluently speak and read English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment
- Punctuality and reliability

- Ability to work indoors and outdoors under regular conditions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, reach, push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Successful completion of all required training
- Completion of on-the-job training provided by management
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English

- Successfully completes all required training including Dunkin' Donuts Online University, basic restaurant training, and human resource training
- Expertise in the baking business
- Creative with ability to design decorative bakery products
Job Duties
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion to promote sales
- Maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimize output with minimum waste
- Consistently bake and finish products according to standards and specifications maintaining high product quality
- Promote food safety by following personal hygiene directives
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Communicate appropriately with team members treating others fairly and with respect
- Respond positively to feedback and direction given
- Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
- Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied
