We are currently seeking dedicated baking professionals to join our team at one of our Dunkin Donuts locations in Lake Worth. Dunkin Donuts is a globally recognized brand, originating in 1950, and has become the world’s leading baked goods and coffee chain, serving over 3 million customers daily. Offering 52 varieties of donuts, a wide range of coffee beverages, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and other baked goods, Dunkin Donuts maintains a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere perfect for motivated individuals looking to excel in the food service industry.

This position involves early morning overnight hours from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM and requires employees who are punctual, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality. This role is ideal for individuals with some kitchen or baking experience who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic setting. Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Some kitchen or baking experience preferred
Overnight hours required from 1am to 6am
Honesty regarding intentions and availability
Cleanliness and efficiency are a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to follow company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in baking or kitchen operations is advantageous
Ability to work overnight hours

Job Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of donuts and baked goods according to Dunkin Donuts recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking area
Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor inventory and ensure availability of baking supplies
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
Work overnight shift hours from 1am to 6am
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely product preparation and store readiness
