Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Some kitchen or baking experience preferred
- Overnight hours required from 1am to 6am
- Honesty regarding intentions and availability
- Cleanliness and efficiency are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in baking or kitchen operations is advantageous
- Ability to work overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions precisely
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of donuts and baked goods according to Dunkin Donuts recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking area
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory and ensure availability of baking supplies
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Work overnight shift hours from 1am to 6am
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely product preparation and store readiness
