Job Requirements

  • Must have basic computer skills
  • have basic math skills to be capable of counting money and making change
  • be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
  • must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • capable of pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • minimum age requirements may apply

Job Duties

  • Promote a positive team environment

  • receive specialized training in the baking functions and prepare donuts and other bakery products
  • view guests as the highest priority and ensure satisfaction
  • feel empowered to respond to guest needs and resolve problems with urgency
  • adhere to established brand standards and systems
  • follow all safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • maintain a clean and neat work environment including stocking and cleaning guest areas and restrooms
  • adhere to uniform standards
