Job Requirements

Ability to perform essential job functions safely and consistently according to ADA, FMLA, and other standards
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
Ability to lift and carry 10 to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to move frequently around the property including bending, lifting, reaching above shoulder height
Ability to climb steps regularly

Job Qualifications

Basic knowledge and experience of bakery principles including bread and Viennoiserie
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success
Basic knowledge of naturally leavened products and procedures

Job Duties

Assist with production and execution of all bakery items including bread and Viennoiserie
Weigh precise amounts of ingredients accurately
Maintain a positive and flexible attitude toward work
Follow instructions, guidance, and constructive criticism
Complete tasks within set time periods to high consistent standards
Adhere to cleanliness and health safety protocols
Perform other duties as required or requested
