Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume bakery production or cake decorating
  • Familiarity with piping bags, whipped cream, recipe execution, and production timing
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labeling practices
  • Food handler card required (ServSafe preferred)
  • Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule
  • Handle prep tasks including scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product
  • Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely
  • Monitor bake times and temperatures for consistency
  • Decorate and assemble cakes and desserts to recipe and visual brand standards
  • Prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch
  • Execute elegant piping and whimsical designs
  • Manage daily production plans and maintain organized decorating stations
