Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in high-volume bakery production or cake decorating
- Familiarity with piping bags, whipped cream, recipe execution, and production timing
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labeling practices
- Food handler card required (ServSafe preferred)
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs

- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in high-volume bakery production or cake decorating

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule
- Handle prep tasks including scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product
- Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely
- Monitor bake times and temperatures for consistency
- Decorate and assemble cakes and desserts to recipe and visual brand standards
- Prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch
- Execute elegant piping and whimsical designs
- Manage daily production plans and maintain organized decorating stations
