We are currently seeking a skilled Baker to join our dedicated pastry team. This role demands a candidate with a solid foundation in the pastry arts and at least two years of hands-on experience making bread, buns, desserts, cakes, cookies, and a variety of pastries within the food industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is reliable, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys contributing to a team-oriented environment. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, this position offers shifting schedules that include early morning hours, typically from 3am to 11am on Fridays through Sundays, or 3:30am to 12pm from Monday to Thursday. The role requires availability on weekends and flexibility with baking hours, which may vary depending on the day. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with an additional tip-out averaging around $2.00 per hour worked.
