Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and remains flexible to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, training, and product quality
- maintains work area cleanliness
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminates waste
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- advocates for department and club by valuing member experience and modeling high-quality service
- complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- collaborates with managers, co-workers, and other business partners to complete work assignments on time
- adapts to change and feedback effectively
