Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Communicates effectively with team members and adapts to business needs
- Prepares bakery merchandise based on production schedules by operating baking equipment
- Follows recipes and make-up instructions accurately
- Wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Operates and maintains baking equipment and keeps work area clean
- Leverages digital tools for production decisions and merchandise ordering
- Supports member purchasing decisions with knowledgeable assistance
- Maintains quality control by monitoring product freshness and date compliance
- Participates in waste reduction and inventory management
- Upholds high standards of customer service by greeting and assisting members
- Adheres to company policies and safety regulations
