Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs
- operates baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools and handheld technology to improve production and merchandise ordering
- maintains work area in accordance with company policies
- ensures quality and date control standards
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminates waste
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- models high quality service and product knowledge
- complies with company policies and ethics
- completes work assignments using data and resources
- adapts to change and feedback
