Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and is flexible to business needs to work in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality
- maintains work area according to company policies and procedures
- ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers and adapting to change and feedback
