Job Qualifications

prior experience in bakery or food service preferred

Job Duties

Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
communicates with team members and is flexible to business needs to work in other areas
prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes and make-up instructions
wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality
maintains work area according to company policies and procedures
ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
assists members with purchasing decisions
complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers and adapting to change and feedback
