- basic proficiency in digital tools and technology
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management guidelines
- utilizes handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and product quality decisions
- maintains work area cleanliness and organization
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
