Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs including working in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise according to daily production needs and recipes
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise following company policies and food safety standards
- utilizes handheld technology to manage production, ordering, training, and product quality
- ensures operational excellence by maintaining work area cleanliness, quality control, and date management
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies, ethical standards, and safety guidelines
- completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and adapting to changes
- advocates for the bakery and club by modeling high-quality service and products
- applies problem-solving skills to ensure task completion with excellence
