Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions for bakery items
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- provide exceptional customer service to members across the club
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- utilize digital tools for production, merchandise ordering, and quality control
- monitor quality and date control standards for bakery items
- assist members with purchasing decisions
- communicate progress and information with team members
- comply with company policies and ethical standards
- adapt to feedback and changing business needs
- act as an advocate for the department and the company by exhibiting passion and commitment
