Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and stocking merchandise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
- Ability to operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Capability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic digital literacy to utilize handheld technology for production and inventory management
Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- Prepare bakery merchandise daily by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- Wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with cold chain and inventory management
- Utilize handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- Assist members with bakery product selection and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure quality control and minimize waste by properly packaging and securing bakery merchandise
