Job Duties

  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
  • prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
  • follow recipes and make-up instructions for bakery items
  • wrap, label, and store bakery merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
  • utilize handheld technology to support production, ordering, training, and product quality decisions
