Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
communicate with team members and be flexible to work in other areas as business needs arise
prepare bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes and make-up instructions
wrap, label, and store bakery products following company policies and procedures
ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and manage production and merchandise ordering
maintain commitment to operational excellence by ensuring quality control, date control, securing merchandise, eliminating waste, and assisting members with purchase decisions
uphold company policies, ethics, and integrity by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy
complete assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and stakeholders, communicating progress, and adapting to feedback
