Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
follows recipes and make-up instructions
wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
provides exceptional customer service to members, answering their questions
maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
utilizes handheld technology to support production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality
ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
assists members with purchasing decisions
eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
