Job Duties

  • Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
  • prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
  • follows recipes and make-up instructions
  • wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
  • ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
  • operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
  • provides exceptional customer service to members, answering their questions
  • maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
  • utilizes handheld technology to support production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality
  • ensures quality and date control standards for bakery items
  • assists members with purchasing decisions

  • complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
