Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for long periods while assisting members
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- willing to follow food safety, sanitation, and inventory management procedures
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- successful completion of job-required training and assessments
- commitment to company policies and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food preparation or bakery operations is an asset
- ability to follow recipes and handle baking equipment safely
- strong customer service skills

- familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- willingness to learn and adapt to digital tools and technology
- problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in various areas
- prepares bakery merchandise according to daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise following company policies and food safety standards
- leverages handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and ordering
- maintains a clean and member-ready bakery area
- assists members with purchasing decisions and provides exceptional customer service
- ensures quality, date control, and waste elimination in bakery items
- complies with company policies and promotes a positive member experience
