Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job-required training and assessments within prescribed time periods

Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- utilizes hand held technology to manage production, ordering, training, and product quality
- maintains clean and organized work areas
- ensures quality, date control, and proper packaging of bakery items
- assists members with their bakery orders and purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies, ethics, and safety standards
- completes work assignments using company data, resources, and collaboration with managers and co-workers
- demonstrates flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- promotes a positive work environment by greeting and thanking members and providing exceptional customer service
- embraces company values and acts as a talent ambassador in the bakery department.
