Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise following recipes and make-up instructions
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- utilizes handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, and quality control
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminates waste
- models high-quality service and products
- completes tasks while communicating progress and adapting to change
