Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic baking or food preparation experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate baking equipment and maintain sanitation standards
- familiarity with food safety practices
- efficient multitasking and time management skills
- effective communication and teamwork abilities
- willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools
- commitment to quality and operational excellence
Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- use handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, ordering, training, and quality
- maintain work area according to company policies and operational excellence standards
