Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members to build a strong bakery team
- communicates effectively within the bakery department
- operates baking equipment to prepare bakery merchandise per daily production needs
- follows recipes and make-up instructions meticulously
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise in compliance with company policies
- ensures adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment regularly
- utilizes handheld technology to support production decisions and inventory management
- maintains a clean, organized, and member-ready bakery area
- assists members with product inquiries and purchasing decisions
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise to minimize waste
- complies with all company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
