Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in bakery or food handling environments preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions accurately
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Basic technology skills to operate handheld devices and digital tools
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to business needs by working in other areas as necessary
