Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- capable of multitasking and managing time effectively

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bakery or food service is a plus
- basic knowledge of baking equipment and food safety standards helpful
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with digital tools and handheld technology advantageous
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions accurately
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering questions
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- use handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- ensure commitment to operational excellence and quality control
- advocate for the department and the club by modeling high-quality service and products
- comply with company policies and ethics standards
