Job Qualifications

- ability to operate baking equipment and follow detailed recipes

- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and remains flexible to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise according to daily production requirements by following recipes and operating baking equipment
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety standards
- utilizes handheld technology to support production, ordering, training, and product quality decisions
- maintains clean and organized work areas consistent with sanitation guidelines
- provides exceptional customer service and assists members with purchasing decisions
- ensures quality and date control standards are met
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- eliminates waste through efficient inventory management
- models high quality service and products while promoting department and club values
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers and adapting to change and feedback
