Job Qualifications

- ability to operate baking equipment

- familiarity with basic digital tools for production and inventory management
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follows recipes and make-up instructions
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- ensures compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- uses handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, ordering, training, and quality
- maintains work area according to company policies and procedures
- secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- models high quality service and products and exhibits energy, commitment, and passion for work
