Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain guidelines
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- uses handheld technology to make production and ordering decisions
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- assists members with bakery purchase decisions
- ensures quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
- models high-quality customer service and promotes the club's values
