Job Duties

  • Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
  • communicates with team members and adapts to business needs
  • prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
  • wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies
  • ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain guidelines
  • operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
  • uses handheld technology to make production and ordering decisions
  • maintains a clean and organized work area
  • assists members with bakery purchase decisions
  • ensures quality and date control standards
  • eliminates waste and secures fragile merchandise
  • models high-quality customer service and promotes the club's values
