Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- communicates with team members and adapts to business needs by working in other areas
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment and following recipes
- wraps, labels, and stores merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- operates, maintains, and sanitizes bakery equipment
- uses digital tools to support sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates
- ensures quality control and compliance with sanitation and inventory guidelines
- maintains work areas according to company policies
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- advocates for the department and provides high-quality service
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes work assignments while collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers
- identifies priorities, meets deadlines, and communicates progress
- adapts to feedback and contributes to continuous improvement
