Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Ability to follow detailed recipes and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous bakery or food preparation experience is a plus
Ability to operate bakery equipment and follow baking recipes accurately
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Familiarity with digital tools and handheld devices for business operations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
Wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies and food safety standards
Utilizes handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and product quality
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
Assists members with bakery orders and purchasing decisions
Complies with company policies and maintains a positive member experience
