Job Duties

  • Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
  • follow recipes and make-up instructions accurately
  • wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
  • maintain compliance with sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
  • operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment regularly
  • provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their bakery orders and inquiries
  • maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
  • utilize handheld technology to make decisions concerning production, merchandise ordering, and product quality
  • adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
