Job Qualifications

- ability to use digital tools and technology for inventory and order management
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment
- follow recipes and make-up instructions accurately
- wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards
- maintain compliance with sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment regularly
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their bakery orders and inquiries
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- utilize handheld technology to make decisions concerning production, merchandise ordering, and product quality
- adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
