Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
Ability to operate baking equipment and follow recipes accurately
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Basic proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology

Job Duties

Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes
Wraps, labels, and stores bakery items according to company policies and food safety standards
Utilizes handheld technology to assist with production decisions, merchandise ordering, and quality control
Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area in compliance with sanitation guidelines
Provides exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and assisting with bakery purchases
Ensures commitment to operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures
