Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in bakery or food preparation helpful but not required
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
adaptability to using digital tools and technology for work processes
teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team
follow recipes and prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs
operate baking equipment and maintain sanitation standards
wrap, label, and store bakery items in accordance with company policies
provide exceptional customer service and assist members with their bakery orders
maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready bakery area
utilize handheld technology to manage inventory and production decisions
