Job Duties
- Uses and monitors proof-box with temperature humidity and timers
- uses and monitors gas fired rack ovens setting temperature and timers
- removes baked racks using oven mitts for cooling
- follows production sheets for order of production
- uses formula book scaling and yield sheets production bench manual proof box sheet oven time and temperature sheet
- scales and combines ingredients using power equipment
- rolls cuts and shapes products sets up pre-formed products
- uses production thermometers dough divider scales knives spatulas safety ladder and scissors
- produces dates and stores ingredients and products for next day use
- assists with other bakery duties as needed
- provides prompt and courteous member service
- follows SSOP cleaning and sanitation guidelines
- completes quality assurance food safety and safety training
- ensures proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials
- operates vehicles equipment or machinery
- assists with department and other warehouse duties as necessary
