We are currently seeking a dedicated Baker to join the Einstein Bros. Bagels team. In this vital role, the Baker will be responsible for the essential process of preparing the bagels that form the foundation of the company’s success. Bakers typically start early in the day, as early as 3 AM, to begin their work by setting up the bakery environment and preparing the products that customers expect and love. This role combines a passion for baking with teamwork, where the Baker collaborates with other staff in ensuring quality products are consistently available each shift.

The Baker’s daily routine includes stocking the bagel wall and pastry case to guarantee that all offerings are fresh and plentiful. Alongside baking duties, Bakers actively participate in delivering excellent customer service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making, reflecting a team-oriented approach to creating a memorable guest experience. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work environment is also a key aspect of the role, ensuring all health and sanitation standards are met.
