Bakers typically begin their day very early, sometimes as early as 3 AM, handling the essential task of preparing our signature bagels to perfection. A day in the life of a Baker involves ensuring that our product is always fresh and fully stocked throughout the day by replenishing the bagel wall and pastry case. Bakers are also integral to the overall guest experience, assisting with order taking, sandwich making, and maintaining a clean and safe environment within the bakery. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3am and weekends
- ability to pass background check as required by local, state, and federal law
- possession of a valid state driver’s license when required by location
- meet driving qualifications as per company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food service experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- strong multitasking skills

- basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- bake and prepare fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
