This full-time, onsite Baker position is based in Perkinston, Mississippi, within the education segment of Elior Collegiate Dining. The role offers an hourly compensation rate of $12, making it an accessible opportunity for individuals looking to launch or further their careers in the culinary arts, especially in baking. The Baker will play a critical role in producing a wide variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods necessary for maintaining a quality dining service. Responsibilities include following recipes precisely to ensure consistency and high-quality output, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and related equipment, and managing inventory through ordering ingredients and tracking supplies regularly.
