Bakers are the first to arrive, as early as 3 AM, to prepare the fresh baked goods that define the brand. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- able to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to pass background check as applicable
- possession of valid state issued driver’s license as required by location
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in bakery or food service is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong multitasking and communication skills
- commitment to quality and attention to detail
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- passion for baking and food preparation
Job Duties
- bake fresh bagels and pastries according to recipes and quality standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case for each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service

- monitor inventory levels and report shortages as needed
